Suggestion for PU usage
- Surface of material should be dry and clean, no dust and any stains such as oil or rust.
- Avoid to work in high temperature or the sun. Air bubble may occur because a chemical reaction may happen too fast.
- PU should completely dry before painting in order to protect a swelling of paint.
- Increase adhesion by cleaningand use Primers together.
- In cast, doing on color material, make sure that the color well adhere on the material sash as Power coated color.
- Red oxide or enamel paint is not well adhere so should scratch it out.
- Clean an equipment by solvent (Toluen or Xylene) during PU is not dry. If drying, got to scratch it out
- Keep PU on room temperature or around 25 °C

Joint design
General use :
Joint up to 10 mm, width 1:1 width/depth ratio
Joint more than 10 mm width 2:1 width/depth ratio (min depth 8 mm)
Precast concrete :
Joint interval distance up to 2m 2-3.5m 3.5-5m 5-6.5m 6.5-8m
Joint width 10mm 15mm 20mm 25mm 30mm
Joint depth 8mm 10mm 10mm 15mm 15mm
Joint width exceeds 35mm non-sag tests are recommended
