เงื่อนไข
1. ราคานี้อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้น-ลง ได้โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
2. ทำสัญญาภายใน 10 วัน หลังการจอง
3. จำนวนที่ดินที่เพิ่มขึ้นหรือลดลงคิดตารางวาละ 18,000.- บาท,แปลงหัวมุมและแปลงหน้าสวน คิดเพิ่ม 30,000.-
4. ผู้ซื้อเป็นผู้ชำระค่ามิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าและน้ำประปา
5. ผู้ซื้อเป็นผู้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการจดจำนอง,ค่าประกันอัคคีภัย,ค่าประเมินธนาคาร
6. ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าภาษี การโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ ณ.กรมที่ดิน ผู้ซื้อและผู้ขายแบ่งชำระฝ่ายละครึ่ง
7. ผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระค่าส่วนกลางล่วงหน้า 1 ปีในวันโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ (800.-บาท/เดือน)
8. บ้านแล้วเสร็จผู้ซื้อจะต้องพร้อมรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ ตามเงื่อนไขของทางโครงการ |

1. This price may be changed without notice.
2. Contract signing 10 days after deposit
3. The 18,000.- Baht/Sq. Wah will be added or deducted from the approximate 65/55Sq. Wah price/The actual price will be relied on the tilte deed as it is stated the actual size of the plot.The coner plot and the front ot the lake will be charge more 30,000 bath
4. The buyer has to be responsible for the expense of water and electric meter
5. The buyer has to be responsible for the mortgage fee ,insurance
6. Transfer fees will be shared between buyer and project (50:50)
7. Community maintenance fee is 800.- Bht. Per month must be paid 1 year in advance
8. When the house is finished the buyer must prepare to transfer as the condition of the village contract.
